Dishonored does seem excellent on console - I ended it about Xbox 360, then left once again about PS3, and absolutely enjoyed playing by both. You may discover minor frame rate difficulties and a minor tearing, but nothing that could really take away from the gameplay. That said, that significantly better-looking on a new PC, so that should be the system of choice for participants who have the alternative.
